Having carried out a large number of design and build contracts it became clear that by establishing its own in house design company Eldridge Bexley Limited would in a position to offer clients a complete design and build package. In addition, Eldridge Bexley Limited would then have complete control over the design process thereby maximising quality and minimising cost and overheads to clients.

Eldridge Design is proving to be a successful addition and is now being retained by several other contractors and clients as their designers.
