Holly House, Streatham - remodel and refurbishment project

This property sits in the grounds of the British Home and Hospital for Incurables at Streatham and had been underused for many years. As part of the hospital's major refurbishment programme it was decided to centralise the hospitals administration facilities in the building together with a flat for the resident building manager.

The works comprised major remodelling internally to provide offices of the required size, complete renewal of mechanical and electrical services, together with new windows, doors and fire escape. In that this is a listed building particular care had to be taken to the elevational treatment
