Bulganak Road - Wandle Housing Association

This design and build project for Wandle Housing Association comprised the demolition of an existing two storey property and the construction of a four storey building containing six two bedroom and one three bedroom flats.

The building is of traditional construction with concrete upper floors and staircases and a significant lead flat roof. Unfortunately, ground conditions were poor and this dictated that piled foundations with reinforced concrete ground beams were required.
