Church Road, Mitcham - Beaver Housing Society

This design and build project for Beaver Housing Society comprised the construction of a terrace of three three bedroom and one four bedroom house of traditional construction.

Due to the property facing onto a busy main road the planners required off street parking and this was achieved by forming an arch in the middle of the terrace thus providing the parking in an inner courtyard.
