Cox Lane, Chessington - Wandle Housing Association

A design and build project for Wandle Housing Association comprising a pair of semi detached bungalows for the disabled.

These 'architect designed' units provided an all too rare opportunity to construct something different. With their essentially mono pitch roofs providing sloping ceilings in the main areas and the requirement for full disabled facilities including variable height kitchen units, this was a challenging project requiring close attention to detail right through the construction period.
