Sibford Green, Mitcham - Wandle Housing Association

This design and build development for Wandle Housing Association comprised the demolition of a home for the elderly and the construction of fourteen two bedroom flats on two storeys. The flats are generally accessed in groups of four.

The building is of traditional construction with concrete upper floors and staircases and significant tile hanging to the upper storey.
