Crawley Industrial Estate - design and build project

This building was constructed as a design and build scheme for an owner occupier manufacturing kitchen fittings. In consequence the spacial requirements of the building were specific and had to be adhered to.

A steel framed building with brick cladding to the front and powder coated steel sheet to the side and rear elevations provided the frontal appearance of an office building whilst incorporating production and storage facilities.
