A design and build project for Riddlesdown High School comprising the construction of a two storey building complete to shell finish only, ready for fitting out direct by the School.

The building utilises a steel frame clad in brickwork to match the other school buildings with a concrete plank upper floor.

The restricted site area required careful sequencing of material deliveries.
